PINK MARKET is a queer craft, fashion, art & lit fair.
We aim to give queer creators from Toronto and across Canada a platform for their work, connecting them to members of the public as well as fostering a community of LGBTQ artists and makers.
We hold events twice a year: PINK MARKET, held during the early summer to coincide with Toronto's Pride festivities, and PINK XMAS, ahead of the holiday season.
Our fourth PINK XMAS (and seventh market overall) will be held December 2018 at The 519 Community Centre, a charitable organization and community space dedicated to the inclusion, acceptance and awareness of LGBTQ rights in Toronto and beyond.
BECOME A VENDOR
This is a juried event. Please note that due to the high amount of interest in the market, preference will be given to artists and vendors on the queer spectrum.
Preference will also be given to vendors who are available to sell on both Saturday and Sunday.
Tables (6 feet by 2 feet) and chairs will be provided.
If you would like to split your table with a friend, please note that they must submit their own application and must be juried separately, as vendor space is extremely limited.

$80 — Half table
($40 charitable donation tax receipt issued)
Applications will be closed.
Second week of October
Approvals will be sent out.

IS THERE A CHARGE TO ATTEND?
Attendance at the market is pay-what-you-can. There is a suggested, voluntary donation of $5, but no guests will be turned away due to lack of funds.
CAN I VOLUNTEER AT THE MARKET?
Absolutely! We're looking for queer-positive volunteers looking to engage with the community and meet artists and artisans of all kinds. Email us at pinkmarketTO@gmail.com for more info.
IS THe MARKET "FAMILY FRIENDLY"?
We welcome guests of all ages to Pink Market events. However, many of our vendors and artists create sex-positive content or sell adult items, and some frank depictions of human anatomy or explicit language may be used in featured artwork.
IS THE VENUE WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! The 519 has wheelchair access via a ramp from Church St. (Fabarnak entrance). The market is in the second-floor ballroom, which is accessible via elevator.
WILL YOU HAVE AN ASL INTERPRETER ON-SITE?
Yes! We make sure an ASL interpreter is on-site and available to interpret for our guests as needed.
